1.4 These rules are applicable to all bets(mobile, online&shop) and operations, which had been made from this present moment, no matter if the client knows about new rules edition or not. All previous editions of rules are cancelled. All paragraphs of these rules, terms, bets names and other texts on this site are in English. The translations to other languages consider as additional service for clients, but cannot be the base for disputes in case of wrong translation, or unclear texts, etc. In all such cases the English version of site is using.
1.4.1 90 Minutes Play- Predicting all matches are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This means home win, away win or draw. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.
1.4.2 Special Market- All football matches are referred to as 90 minutes play unless otherwise underlined as special markets. Eg Handicap, Draw No bet, Halftime/Fulltime etc
1.4.3 First/Last Player to Score- Bets are accepted on 90 minutes play only. Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void as will bets on first player to score where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored.
1.4.4 Correct Scores- Predict the score at the end of normal time. Own goals count
1.4.5 Goalscorer Match Bets- Both players must start the match for bets to stand.
1.4.6 Time of the First Goal- If a match is abandoned after the first goal is scored then all bets stand.
1.4.7 10 Minute Events- Events must happen between 0:00 and 10:59 to be classed in the first 10 minutes
1.4.8 Half Time Correct Score and Player to Score First- If a player enters the field after a goal has been scored; takes no part in the 1st half; or the only 1st half goals are own goals, then such bets will be settled as a single on the half time correct score market at the relevant odds quoted at match kick-off time.
1.4.9 Correct Score and Player to Score Anytime- If player does not enter the field during 90 minutes or the only goals scored are own goals, then bets will be settled as singles on the correct score market at the relevant odds quoted at match kick-off time.
1.4.10 Team to Win and Player to Score First- If a player enters the field after a goal has been scored; takes no part in the game; or the only goals are own goals, then such bets will be settled as a single on the full time result market at the relevant odds quoted at match kick-off time.
1.4.11 Time of First Goal and Player to Score First- Players must start for bets to stand, otherwise bets involving that player will be void (regardless of when the first goal is scored). If the only goals scored are own goals, then bets will void.
1.4.12 Handicap Betting- Settlement will be at the odds displayed using the actual score in the match adjusted for the handicap.
1.4.13 Half-Time Result, Including In-Play- Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half-time.
1.4.14 Half-Time Correct Score- Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half-time.
1.4.15 1st Half Goals- Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time unless settlement of bets is already determined.
1.4.16 Half-Time/Full-Time Double Result- Bets will be void if the match is abandoned. Extra-time and penalty shootouts do not count.
1.4.17 To Win Both Halves - The team must score more goals than the opposition in both halves of the match.
1.4.18 Double Chance-
1 or X - If the result is either a home or draw then bets on this option are winners.
X or 2 - If the result is either a draw or away then bets on this option are winners.
1 or 2 - If the result is either a home or away then bets on this option are winners.
If a match is played at a neutral venue the team listed first is deemed the home team for betting purposes.
1.4.19 Cards- Yellow card counts as 1, red card counts as 2. Any card shown after the full time whistle has been blown will be disregarded.
1.4.19b Cards shown to off field team members (already substituted players, managers, players on bench) are not considered
1.4.20 Half Time Result/Total Goals- Predict the result of the 1st half of the match and the number of 1st half goals. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned unless settlement of bets is already determined.
1.4.21 Goals Over/Under - Predict whether there will be under or over 2.5 goals in a match. In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played then all bets will be void unless settlement of bets is already determined.
1.4.22 Total Goal Minutes- Predict the aggregate time of all goals scored in the match, e.g. goals in the 24th, 51st and 59th minutes make up at 134 minutes. Any goals scored in first half added time count as 45. Any goals scored in second half added time count as 90.
1.4.23 Team to Score First/Second/Next Goal- Own goals count to the side credited with the goal.
1.5 How to open and operate the account. Firstly, the client must register in a betting database. It is necessary to submit your first and last names (please, give us your real names to protect the safety of the betting account), login and password during registration. 1.6 The client is completely responsible for the secrecy of his account details. Surebet247 is not liable for consequences caused by a oss of personal data of the client. The loss of personal data will not be considered as grounds for canceling of bets or canceling of withdrawal requests. Should the client become aware that the password and/or personal data has been stolen, he should immediately notify the Administration of the Surebet247. For security reasons we recommend to change your password from time to time.
1.7 Only one account is allowed for to one person. The exceptions are possible by written permission of Surebet247 administration only. A client has no right to allow third parties to use his Surebet247 account.
1.8 In case of a wrong bets settling (for example because of wrong results of matches used for calculations), such bets will be recalculated. The bets, which were made between the first and the final calculations are considered to be working. In case where after the recalculation of bets the client's balance is negative, the client is not able to bet before he refill's his account.
1.9 General Betting Rules All bets will be accepted in accordance to the current LINE, a list of events with the fixed odds and winning coefficients established by Surebet247. The odds can be changed by Surebet247 after the bets, but conditions of bets will be put intact already. Clients should check for all the odds changes before making the bet.
1.10 The bets after registration on the server and getting by the player the message bet acceptance and coupon number assignment, cannot be changed or cancelled. All communication failures are not a reason for canceling of bets, if the bet was registered on the server. A client can only make bets to the extent of funds in his account. When the bet has been made and registered, the sum of the bet stake will be deducted from the client's deposit account. After the bet calculation, all winnings are added to the clients balance.
1.11 It is possible to bet on singles or Multibets. Single bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcome of only one event. The winnings of the single bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds on the event. You can make the single bet on any event. The winning amount is calculated by multiplication of the odd with a bet amount.
1.12 A multiple, or a combo bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcomes of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of the events in a combo bet is 30). If even one event in the combo bet is predicted incorrectly, the whole bet is considered to be lost. It is possible to combine in one combo bet events from various sports. Combo bets are not accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (in such case the event with the biggest odd will be used for calculations, and the rest of depending events will be considered to be with odds 1.0). The odds of a combo bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all of the events included in the bet. The winnings of the combo bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds of the combo bet. The overall odds (coefficient) for a Combo bet is not limited.
1.13 Bets are accepted until the kick-off time is advertised. If a bet is accepted for a match after its kick-off time, the bet will be considered to be void. The exclusion of this rule should be made for "live betting", when one makes bets after the match starts is possible.
1.14 Rules of bets settling All event dates and times published by the corporation are tentative. An incorrect event date, time or additional information is not a basis for bet canceling. If an event is moved forward by less than 7 days, Surebet247 has a right to cancel such bets or leave them valid, and if an event is moved forward by 7 days or more, all bets are returned.
1.15 Please note that the company reserve the right to effect a Publicity Charge on winnings ranging from 5% on #500,000 to #999,999 Naira winnings and 10% on 1million naira and above.
1.16 Stakes below #500 Naira resulting to Winnings ranging from #500,000-#999,999 attracts Publicity charge of 10% and 15% on winnings of 1million and above. Other Terms and Conditions Applied.
1.17 The home team is indicated in the first place in a line. If the game took place on the visitor team field (except matches between teams from the same city), all bets for the event will be considered void. The change of location to a neutral field is not a basis for canceling of the bets.
1.18 Interrupted events. The event is considered to be settled, if it was interrupted, and was not finished within 24 hours, and if no less than corresponding time was already played: soccer - 70 mins, In such cases the event is considered to be cancelled. In case of the circumstances, not described above, if the event was not finished within 24 hours, the event is considered to be cancelled.
1.19 For interrupted events, considered to be cancelled, all bets are considered to be void, except the bets on the sports, where the result of the bet was already obvious (for example the bets for first team-scorer, first yellow card conceded, the bets on total over in case of over, etc.) For interrupted events the bets on times or periods comparison are considered to be void without exclusions. The bets for the interrupted event, wich has been considered to be settled, are calculated according to the usual rules.
1.20 The additional rules related with different sports can be applied - please see the correspondent chapters of these Rules. If the primary result of the event was later changed for any reason, this change does not affect the bets results, and bets are considered to be settled according to the primary result of an official protocol or other source right after the finish of the the event is finished. In case if there is no information on official sources, betting company has a right to use other sources of information. The list of official sources can be found here.
1.21 In case of Surebet247's staff mistakes or computers malfunctions during bets accepting (obvious mistakes in odds, non-corresponding odds in depending positions, etc.), in cases of not-sportive circumstances or other arguments, which confirm that the bet was not correctly put, the Company has a right to cancel such a bet.
1.22 In case if a bet is considered to be void, this bet is cancelled and if it is the part of a combo or system bet, its odd considered to be 1.
1.23 Betting on odd/even total in match. The odds for this type of bets can be found in a betting line. The score 0-0 is considered to be even.
1.24 The duplicate bets, made simultaneously by several different clients (group betting or syndicate) are not allowed in any form . Either online or in any surebet247 outlet. In unclear situations, Surebet247 has a right to the final decision.
